About Our Challenge
In June the boulderers of Sydney will be coming together to confront the stigma of mental health. It is our goal to raise as much awareness about the reality of what many people suffer, while also raising money for such important organisations that have supported our community for so long. You can create a team in this Community, join a team or support someone who is taking part. Help us push for better mental health. If you are ever suffering and in need of support reach out to any of the affiliated organisations to this event! We hope this helps foster extremely important conversation about mental health.
Supporting headspace Camperdown
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
