About Our Challenge
As a team, we are going to complete 3,249 (maybe more) push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness for mental health in Australia.
We understand that right now there is donation fatigue and also cost of living struggles, so rather than asking for donations and using this as a fundraiser we are going to use this challenge to raise awareness as well as use this challenge to help to build in daily healthy habits for our team.
Daily exercise is proven to be beneficial for our mental health so if we can increase this while also raising awareness then we are on board.
Of course if you are in a position to, and want to, make a donation then please feel free to donate to such a great cause.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.

We are guided by our vision of ‘an Australia free of suicide’ and with the help of our community we reach over a million people a year who contact Lifeline in need of support at a time and place when they need it the most. Together we save lives.
