About Our Challenge
Welcome to the laboratory of fitness innovation, where every push-up is an experiment in strength and resilience! This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge, completing a heap of push-ups between 5-28 June, 2024, to raise vital funds and awareness for mental health.
From standard push-ups to gravity-defying variations, we approach each rep with the determination to break down barriers, both physical and mental.
In our lab, we understand that mental health is just as important as physical health. That's why, alongside our push-ups, we're pushing for better mental health outcomes in Australia. Every dollar raised goes towards supporting mental health services and initiatives that provide hope and healing to those in need.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to our fundraising page or joining the Pymble Community to be a part of the movement. Together, we can break the stigma surrounding mental health and build a community where everyone feels supported and empowered.
Let's push for better mental health outcomes, one push up at a time!
