This June, THE UNDERACHIEVERS are taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 5-28 June, 2024 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

Supporting headspace Knox
headspace Knox offers young people aged 12-25 a welcoming environment where they can access confidential and free mental health support, health advice, and general information. We are a free service with a friendly team of workers who specialise in youth wellbeing. We offer young people tailored programs in mental health, groups, work and study support, GP services, learning to drive program, a DBT program and more.
