About My Challenge
Last year my boy lost his light. He decided to leave. His mind was made up. I handed him my phone with a number. He called and the man on the other end listened. That day turned our lives around. I don’t even know his name. Thank you Lifeline.
I'm completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

Supporting Lifeline Canberra ACT
Lifeline Canberra exists to support people in crisis and save the lives of those experiencing thoughts of suicide. For over 50 years, Lifeline Canberra has provided Telephone Crisis Support (13 11 14) to the people of Canberra and the surrounding regions. This service is possible due to the dedication of 300 trained Telephone Crisis Support (TCS) local volunteers who fill shifts to ensure that the phones will be answered; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
