About Our Challenge
In June, Yeronga State High School is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help push for better mental health and raise awareness of mental health. Just like previous years, you can opt for full target of 3249 push ups, 50% of the full target, and exercise alternatives are welcome. You can create a team in this Community, join a team or support someone who is taking part. Help us push for better mental health. Together, we’re in for another wild (and sweaty) ride. Now’s the time to round up your mates, friends or colleagues to form a Team.
Supporting headspace National
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
