PRACTISE

PUSH YOURSELF
From 4 to 26 June, you'll receive a daily push-up target inspired by an important Mental Health Fact. Some daily targets are challenging and others are easier to smash out. Stay tuned via the app or our socials for daily push-up targets.
TIPS FOR SUCCESS
BE RESOURCEFUL
MAKE THE MOST OUT OF FUNDRAISING
First things, first - login to access your fundraising dashboard. This is where you can set a fundraising target, create a Facebook Fundraiser, upload a profile pic, and share your reason for pushing.
Next steps are to donate to yourself - yep, people who support themselves are more likely to raise more donations. Then start sharing your fundraising page far and wide - SMS, email, WhatsApp - there's templates there to help.
Want to have fun with fundraising? Put the word out that you'll do your push-ups in a funny, challenging or silly (but safe and legal) way for a donation amount of your choice. Think $100 to do push-ups while belting out a song in public. You get the idea.

TEAM UP WHILE YOU PUSH-UP
Rally the crew and your get your friends, family and work colleagues on board. The more the merrier.
People can sign up solo, as part of a Team or a Community. Being part of a Team is a great way to enjoy some chats and banter and help keep each other on track. The bigger your crew, the bigger the impact you can make as you push. It's easy to set up or join a Team - head to your dashboard and follow the prompts from there.
You can recruit others to join you too - sms, email, in person. Find templates in your dashboard to get the push-up party started.
START A CONVERSATION
Each day of the Challenge, you'll receive a Mental Health Fact which corresponds to your daily push-up target. Read it and share it to start important conversations, boost mental health awareness and mental fitness, and help smash the stigma.

I'm taking on The Push-Up Challenge to level up mental health in Australia and would love your help to reach my fundraising target. All funds raised will support much-needed mental health services and initiatives in Australia.
Don't forget to include your fundraising page link (find it on your dashboard). You'll find more handy pre-written templates here.
