About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge as a team and completing a heap of push-ups between 5-28 June, 2024 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
Last year we did an epic 28153 push ups and raised $5880 for our local lifeline service - amazing achievment and we would love your help to top that again this year :D So jump on board and join our team. You dont have to do the whole lot of push ups you can do half or set your own goal. You can just help contribut to our team total. Any funds raised are a bonus.

Lifeline Northern NSW is your local Lifeline Centre, which proudly delivers services in the Northern Rivers community, as well as nationally via Lifeline’s 13 11 14 Crisis Support Line. We work With Community, In Community and For Community, helping to make support accessible to all Australians so no one has to face their darkest moment alone. We are guided by our vision of ‘an Australia free of suicide’ and with the help of our community we reach over a million people a year who contact Lifeline in need of support at a time and place when they need it the most. Together we save lives.
