About My Challenge
In the heat and the cold dread of the night, I lie in bed, my body writhing like a worm tunnelling through the ground. I can't stop thinking about it- that one push-up I never did, the progenitor of my troubles, the laxative of my sorrow. Those missed push-ups- the sparkling diamonds vanished to the sweat-synthesising heat of the incinerator- are lost to time, like tears in rain. Â
