About My Challenge
I am part taking in the Push-Up Challenge this year, in memory of a close friend, who sadly left us last year on the final day of that year's Push-Up challenge (2023).
I took part in last years Push Challenge (for the 3rd-ish year) and for the 1st time ever tried to raise a little money and a little awareness within our little team of legends.
The thought to finally raise some money, was inspired by 3 other close friend/collegues that sadly had taken their own lives.
Originally I had joined The Push-Up Challenge to improve my physical fitness, I kept that to myself but last year decided to have fun and raise funds to make a difference to mental health in Australia and imprve my own mental fitness.
I'm completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days in all of their memories.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page. Or better still join me and my team. Even just for the physical / mental fitness benefits.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.
