About My Challenge
I am a student ambassador for Marist College Bendigo and I would like to encourage anyone both within the school community and out to take part in this event
I'm completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

Supporting headspace Bendigo
The headspace Bendigo team is in the heart of Bendigo with easy access for everyone. Our centre is youth friendly inviting and engaging with a team of professionals dedicated to supporting our communities needs. We have a range of different programs and workshops for young people to access. Our social prescription mental health program assists young people to link in with free Personal Training/Dietary advice along with a fortnightly Yoga group as part of their mental health recovery.
