About My Challenge
Alright team, gather round, take a knee.
Almost everyone you know, probably including you, has been affected at some point in there life by mental health issues or suicide. Whether or not directly or indirectly, someone we know has suffered a bite of the black dog or been down in the dumps.
I'm completing the Push-up challenge as part of a team to help raise awareness and hopefully donations for mental health services in Australia. I'll be completing 3249 Push-ups over 24 days.
It's okay not to donate, I'd rather you pause and have a think about the effect mental health issues have had on you and others and what you can do to help.
If you do choose to donate, you'll be an absolute legend of a bloke/Sheila. If you want to join in, the challenge is free and they even have an app that makes it easy to complete.
Cheers in advance and always know you've got people you can talk to.
