About My Challenge
I'm completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and for mental health in Australia.
Iam proud to be a wellness ambassador for UKG, so encouraging others to get involved in this. Not only will it bring awareness for mental health but great for participants physical and mental health.

Lifeline Bondi is your local Lifeline Centre, which proudly delivers services in the Bondi and Eastern Suburbs community, as well as nationally via Lifeline’s 13 11 14 Crisis Support Line. We work With Community, In Community and For Community, helping to make support accessible to all Australians so no one has to face their darkest moment alone. We are guided by our vision of ‘an Australia free of suicide’ and with the help of our community we reach over a million people a year who contact Lifeline in need of support at a time and place when they need it the most. Together we save lives.
