I'm completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. 3,249 represents the number of lives lost to suicide in 2022 - a figure which should be able to dramatically reduce.
i have been moved by the sheer number of friends, family and colleagues who have been impacted in some way by mental health issues. We all know it's lurking out there, never too far away.
The Challenge carries some great resources With very useful and informative links on the website so check it out and share - it may make a critical difference.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.
