About My Challenge
I'm completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
This is my fourth challenge. Why do it? Because it is a worthwhile cause. And to keep going day after day and hitting the goal helps me better understand how those with mental heath issues have to keep pushing through to meet and overcome their own challenges every single day.
You can show your support for this critical cause by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.

Supporting headspace Elsternwick
headspace Elsternwick helps young people (12-25) and parents/families who need support with mental health. We also have support for drug & alcohol, work and study issues. An example of the projects this money will support is the ongoing capacity of our food pantry that was started in 2023 which provides basic food essentials (pasta, cereal, rice, sauces, tinned foods) to yp who are financially struggling.
