About My Challenge
I'm completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. We're doing one push up for each of the 3,249 Australians (9deaths per day) lost to suicide in 2023.

We work With Community, In Community and For Community, helping to make support accessible to all Australians so no one has to face their darkest moment alone. We are guided by our vision of ‘an Australia free of suicide’ and with the help of our community we reach over a million people a year who contact Lifeline in need of support at a time and place when they need it the most. Together we save lives.
