About My Challenge
I'm completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
I have chosen the funds raised here to support Lifeline in Regional SA and Far West NSW.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.
Supporting Lifeline Regional SA & Far West NSW

At Lifeline Connect centres there is free face-to-face, video, and phone counselling available and people can access Lifeline Counsellor/s without a referral or a mental health diagnosis.
