About My Challenge
On October 15, 2018, I lost my father to suicide.
His goodbye letter revealed, in his own words, that he had been "fighting his own demons" for a long time.
I was heartbroken to realise I had missed the signs of his struggle.
The Push Up Challenge aims to raise awareness of mental health issues and provide education to support people through their own battles.
This cause is deeply personal to me, as I remember my father faithfully doing 2 minutes of push-ups, 2 minutes of sit-ups, and 2 minutes bending a strange steel spring every day. He could really crank out those push-ups in just 2 minutes.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could donate to the Push Up Challenge to help them continue their vital work in raising awareness and education about mental health.
Every person educated could be another life saved.
What would be even better, would be if you took up the challenge yourself and spread the word to your own network!
