About My Challenge
I'm completing 1,625 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
This year the money will be going to Headspace. This is an organisation that I am proud to call my workplace. Firstly, joining the centre as a volunteer and now becoming an employee has been one of the most fulfilling experiences in my life.
Please donate whatever amount is reasonable for you, every dollar counts. This is not just a national donation, but these funds will be used within our local centres such as Wollongong to help with the work we do.
