About My Challenge

I'm completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health.

3,249 people lost their lives to suicide in 2022, 9 people a day.

So this year I am fund raising for Lifeline to help provide much needed crisis support and suicide prevention.

To help enable those in need to have access to the support and care they need.

Lifeline WA provides Western Australians experiencing a crisis or thinking about suicide with access to 24-hour support and suicide prevention services.

Our 13 11 14 service is a nationally-routed crisis support number, available every day of the year, across Australia. Last year, 116,444 Western Australians reached out to Lifeline WA for help. Many were after advice for friends and family. Others were reaching out for someone to listen to their concerns.
