About My Challenge
Mental well-being is not always visible in the mirror, yet it is a vital aspect of our overall health. It encompasses feelings of self-worth, resilience through life's challenges, and a sense of connection to our community and environment. These are core elements of mental well-being.
Engaging in any form of exercise, whether it's walking, running, or hitting the gym, can significantly enhance mental well-being.
That's why, for the third consecutive year, I am participating in the push-up challenge. This year, we aim to complete 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and, hopefully, funds for mental health initiatives in Australia.
You can show your support by simply saying hi or, if you feel moved to do so, by making a tax-deductible donation to my page. Every dollar contributes to better mental health outcomes in Australia by supporting essential mental health services and programs.
Join me in pushing for better. #pushforbetter
