I'm completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to become a beast and demolish my foes.
Along the way of pushing my own mental barriers I want to help others with their own mental challenges.
Life is a team-sport and the work of lifeline to offer anyone an ear, especially those that most need it, is a most worthy cause.

Supporting Lifeline Canberra ACT
Lifeline Canberra exists to support people in crisis and save the lives of those experiencing thoughts of suicide. For over 50 years, Lifeline Canberra has provided Telephone Crisis Support (13 11 14) to the people of Canberra and the surrounding regions. This service is possible due to the dedication of 300 trained Telephone Crisis Support (TCS) local volunteers who fill shifts to ensure that the phones will be answered; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
